Regina Schroeder, President of Emerald Property Management, LLC, comes to you with much experience, education and background with many contacts. Over the last 28 years she has managed many residential properties; single family, duplexes and multi-family. Due to her long term in the business, she has several contacts with sub-contractors and vendors that have worked for her for years. She trusts them, they respond quickly, efficiently and do excellent work.

Her educational background in real estate, marketing and sales also includes knowledge of HUD regulations, OSHA regulations, the Kansas Landlord and Tenant Act along with Fair Housing laws. She seeks on-going education in the property management field by attending the Manhattan Landlord Association meetings and the National Apartment Association Convention to stay in contact with many other owners, managers, contractors and vendors.

The management services that are offered but not limited to: showing & leasing of your property, screening & approval of prospective tenants, preparation & execution of lease agreements, collection & distribution of all rental monies, itemized in detail monthly and annual owner's statements, on-going upkeep & maintenance of your property, periodic inspection of your property, a direct contact for you plus the careful attention to detail.
